While my name is Candy, I'm also known as a mom, wife, teacher, builder, baker, artist, writer, and lover of kindness and good deeds!

 

The Both-r idea (Building Our Tiny House - Really!!!) came to me about five years ago when I began building Cooky, our tiny house on wheels.  I wanted to document the journey of her construction, but since her build was quite time consuming, I opted to spend my time creating her instead of writing.

Since Cooky's completion, I've taken on other building projects and expanded my skills as a mosaic artist and baker.  Thus, Both-r has morphed into a multifaceted blog that includes many topics.

By the way, the name Both-r is pronounced bother, as in, "Oh, bother," sighed Winnie the Pooh.  Pooh Bear was one of my sons' favorite characters when they were little, and of course, the double meaning makes the moniker even more near and dear to my heart.
